Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
My Docora (“we”, “us”) runs mydocora.com, an AI health assistant. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Health information is sensitive, so we collect only what the service needs.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password, or your Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in identifier and email.
- Health profile you enter: for example name, date of birth, blood group, allergies, conditions, medicines, and doctor visits. All of it is optional and you can skip it.
- Medical reports you upload and the results we extract from them.
- Your conversations with the AI health assistant, and reminders, appointments and symptom checks you create.
- Technical data: sign-in and security logs such as IP address and time, used to protect accounts.
How we use it
- To provide the service: analyse your reports, show results and risk levels, and answer your questions using your own profile and reports.
- To send reminders and account messages such as email confirmation and password reset.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To manage your subscription if you choose a paid plan.
We do not sell your personal or health information, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI processing
To answer your questions and read your reports, the relevant text is sent to an AI model provider chosen by the service operator (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter). It is sent only to produce your answer. AI memory, which lets the assistant remember details between chats, is off until you turn it on, and you can view and delete what it saved.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep only the plan and status of your subscription.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run My Docora: hosting and database providers, the AI model provider, Stripe for payments, and an email provider for messages. They may process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Security
Connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Secrets are stored encrypted. You can turn on two-step verification. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your choices and rights
- Download a copy of your data and delete your information from the Security and Privacy pages after you sign in.
- Turn AI memory on or off and delete saved memories.
- Correct your profile at any time.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@mydocora.com.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account or data, it is removed from the service, except for limited records we must keep for security or legal reasons.
Children
My Docora is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Not medical advice
My Docora gives health information only. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email.
